Returns Policy
At The Gourmet Host, we pride ourselves on providing unrivalled product quality and innovation. We have a final sale policy for our items. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our policy.
Returns Eligibility
- Eligible Items: Unembroidered and non-altered clothing products can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date if they show no signs of use, including but not limited to alterations, laundering, damage, odors, or stains.
- Ineligible Items: We cannot accept returns on specialty food products or on clothing products that have been embroidered or show signs of use, including but not limited to alterations, laundering, damage, odors, or stains.
- PPE Items: Products considered Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) cannot be returned.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The Gourmet Host is not responsible for return shipping costs.
