Shipping Destinations, Rates, and Times
We offer shipping to the following destinations:
- Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- International Shipping (United States and France)
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
We charge a flat rate for shipping orders, but the actual flat rate varies depending on the province and country. We currently only ship using standard shipping to keep costs low and processes streamlined. Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs processing and other unforeseen factors.
Order Processing Times and Tracking
Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Customized orders, such as embroidered clothing, take up to 10 business days to complete before they are shipped out. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using Purolator or UPS tracking systems, depending on the product.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping rates.

Some items in our store are individually branded, which means that the product you receive may slightly differ from the images displayed on our website. While these variations typically enhance the uniqueness of each item, we strive to ensure that all products closely resemble our advertised examples.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with Purolator or UPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
