The Growth Engine

A marketing system,
packaged as an AI skill suite.

A modular, white-label library of Claude Code skills that runs the same SEO, content, and growth engine I built at The Gourmet Host — installed into your environment, pointed at your brand, operating on your site.

§ 02   Forged in production

Forged in production,
not in a slide deck.

Every skill earned its place by surviving real, repeated use at The Gourmet Host. The system was built under the discipline of an actual operating company — a live site, real rankings, a real newsletter, investor-grade scorecards, and paid ads. That pressure shaped three things you inherit for free.

01

Gated pipelines

Content does not move to the next stage until it passes hard checks. Four-phase article production with lint, validation, and build gates before a draft is allowed out.

02

Encoded voice & standards

Anti-slop scanning, banned-word lists, no em-dashes, title and meta character bands, FAQ word counts, backlink diversity rules. Judgment calls are enforced, not left to chance.

03

Repeatable cycles

Weekly traction tracking and the monthly growth scorecard run the same way every time. History grows instead of being overwritten. Each run passes its integrity checks or tells you why it did not.

§ 03   The modules

Nine modules.
Twenty-eight skills.

A multi-plugin marketplace: one foundation package plus eight purchasable modules. core is the prerequisite — it carries the shared client-config layer every other module reads from. Add only the lanes you want.

§ 04   Three ways to engage

Three ways to engage.

Same suite, same standards — three levels of TDM Corp. involvement. Pick the one that fits where you are. You can move up a tier mid-engagement; the work you’ve already done comes with you.

Tier 01

Done-by-you

For founders who want the engine and prefer to run it themselves. You install, configure, and operate the suite at your own pace.

  • Install guide & the client-onboarding skill
  • Per-lane readiness reports
  • Email support, 1 business day
  • Upgrades when you choose to take them

Select Done-by-you

Tier 03

Done-for-you

TDM Corp. operates the engine on your behalf for a fixed term. You set the goals; we run the cycles; the asset accrues to you.

  • Everything in Done-with-you
  • TDM operates the suite end-to-end
  • Monthly traction & growth scorecards
  • Quarterly strategy reviews
  • Full hand-off at end of term

§ 05   Founder

David.

Founder, TDM Corp. · Operator, The Gourmet Host

I built this engine because I needed it. The Gourmet Host runs on a live WordPress site, weekly newsletters, an iOS app, and a paid-ads program — with the operating discipline of an investor-grade scorecard. The skills you install are the ones that survived that pressure.

The positioning, plainly: I am transferring a capability I already proved — not selling you hours. You buy the engine and operate it on your own terms.

§ 06   Questions

Frequently
asked.

If yours isn’t here, just ask on the form below — I reply personally, within one business day.

01
Do I need to be technical to run this?
+
If you can run Claude Code and follow an install guide, yes. The Done-with-you tier exists for founders who want the engine but not the install — we do onboarding live and run the first cycle together.
02
Will my work look like The Gourmet Host?
+
No. The suite is white-label — nothing carries the TGH name. Your client profile is the only voice, brand, and accounts the skills read from. The standards are inherited; the brand is yours.
03
What happens when you ship updates?
+
Updates ship as new versioned releases. Your installed plugins stay stable until you choose to upgrade. You own the output, the data, and the cadence.
04
Can I start small and add modules later?
+
Yes. Buy core plus the one or two lanes you most need. The shared client profile means new modules slot in without reconfiguration.
05
What does pricing look like?
+
Per module bundle, per tier, per engagement length. We scope on a 30-minute call — there is no menu price for a system you have not shaped to your business yet.
06
Is my data ever shared with other clients?
+
Never. Each client profile is isolated to your environment and accounts. TDM Corp. does not pool, resell, or train on your data. The full policy lives on The Gourmet Host’s privacy page.
